HYGGE Camper Rental – ADVENTURE AWAITS… BOOKING, PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION. BOOKING & PAYMENT: When booking 6 months or more before departure, 1/3 of the rent is paid. 1/3 more is paid 3 months before and the last part is paid no later than 30 days before departure. (remember to pay in the online bank :-) Booking 60 days or less before departure, the entire rent is paid when booking. CANCELLATION: Cancellation can only be made in writing to info@hyggecamper.dk Cancellation up to 60 days before departure, the entire rental amount will be refunded, less NOK 2,500 Cancellation less than 60 days before departure, the entire rental amount will be refunded, less NOK 5,000 Cancellation less than 30 days, the tenant is liable for the full rent. If the landlord manages to re-rent the camper during the period, the full rent will be refunded, minus NOK 1,000 per week We recommend taking out a private cancellation and travel insurance with your own insurance company SECURITY DEPOSIT: The deposit/deductible for comprehensive insurance on the car part is NOK 8,000 and must be paid no later than 7 days before departure. After damage-free delivery of the camper, the deposit will be refunded within 8 days. In case of cancellation, the entire deposit is always refunded.
